In the men's washroom, the stalls were dirty, no soap in the dispensers, no paper towels and the floors were dirty. The ceiling vents were very dirty, the carpets were littered with debris, the waiting area furniture were dusty and had many stains, the washrooms were not properly serviced. The older sections of the airport were not properly cleaned nor maintained. Suggest using the elevator by the ice cream shop. While there is an "up" escalator, there is no "down" escalator.
There are fast food restaurants (Subway, Domino's, Dunkin Donuts and Cafe Maritan) on the first level and a food court (Carl's, Fresh Food, Chester's Chicken, Cafe Maritan, etc) and a restaurant on the second level. Surprisingly, there are no souvenir shops. The two older sections of the airport have shops, fast food vendors and many duty free shops. ( I didn't noticed the use of the passenger vehicles for older/disabled passengers during our time there.) This wing also has upscale shops like LaCosta and Bally's. Since the movable walkways are still under construction in that wing, if you plan to spend a long time there, wear comfortable walking shoes. The airport is a linear designed with three long sections. A third wing was just added. In 2011, almost six million passengers used the airport.
